  • Minimum Duration: 30 days of consistent effort before applying for a refund.
  • Proof of Effort: Written account, photos, videos, or activity log must be submitted.
  • Time Frame: Request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

3. Refund Request Process

  • 🔍 Our review team will assess your request within 72 hours. Additional clarifications may be asked.
  • 💳 If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

❌ Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The guide was not properly followed.
  • Insufficient or fake evidence is provided.
  • Request is made after 30 days.
  • Sale items, instant downloads, or fully accessed digital products are involved.

5. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to decline a refund if the conditions are not met or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
