1. Seller of Record

These Terms apply to all visitors of The Modern Gentlemen Code and all purchasers completing payment through our checkout partners.

All products and services offered under The Modern Gentlemen Code brand are owned, managed, and fulfilled exclusively by Mayank Ahuja.

2. Definitions

  • “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us” – Launchpanda, trading as “The Modern Gentlemen Code”.
  • “Products” – downloadable guides, e-books, templates, and other digital resources provided under the brand.
  • “Services” – personalised styling reports, consultations, workshops, and advisory offerings delivered digitally (via WhatsApp, email, phone, or video).
  • “Site” – The Modern Gentlemen Code and any associated checkout portals owned or operated by us.
  • “Working Day” – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in India.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking “Pay Now”, submitting your details, or accessing any Product/Service, you:

  • âś… Agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4. Service Description & Process

  • Delivery of personalised content begins only after you provide complete and accurate information.
  • Standard Delivery Time: 7 Working Days from the date of receiving complete inputs.
  • Delivery Method: secure WhatsApp, email, or private link. By purchasing, you consent to receive electronic communication from us.

5. Customer Obligations

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Do not upload or share copyrighted or unauthorized material.
  • Use all Products strictly for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR and include applicable GST.
  • Payments are processed via trusted third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe).
  • We do not store your card, UPI, or payment details.

7. Refund & Revision Policy

7.1 Digital Guides & Downloads: Non-refundable once delivered.

7.2 Personalised Reports/Services:

  • One revision allowed within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Revision turnaround: 3 Working Days.
  • Refunds only if we fail to deliver within 14 Working Days after receiving complete information.

7.3 Beyond the above, all sales are final.

8. Representational Images & Disclaimers

  • Some visuals (including AI-generated, edited, or celebrity-inspired images) are for illustration purposes only.
  • Individual results may vary.
  • No celebrity endorsement is implied unless explicitly stated.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, reports, and brand assets are the exclusive property of The Modern Gentlemen Code.
  • You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence for use.
  • Redistribution, resale, or duplication is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy & Data Processing

  • We process data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2025.
  • Purpose: order fulfillment, support, and service improvement.
  • Retention: securely stored for 12 months after last interaction, then deleted.
  • You may withdraw consent or request deletion anytime via support@moderngentlemencode.com.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Product/Service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Modern Gentlemen Code against any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Consumer disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Meerut.
  • Any other dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, it shall be referred to sole arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat: India. Language: English.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, government actions).

15. Severability

If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms shall continue in full effect.
